Deep Tissue: This massage is recommended for those who suffer from deep injury and can benefit from firm pressure massage. The therapist is working on your second layer of tissues. It is a good treatment for tension relief and repairing the deeper tissues. It is always recommended to discuss with the therapist your needs and issues.
Hot Stone: This ancient healing technique has been used by American Indians, Ayurvedic traditions, Tribal civilizations, Europeans, and ancient Egyptians. Trained therapists will use a combination of hot stone placement to help reduce stiffness, swelling, tension, stress and to heal pain. The stones will also be positioned underneath you to form a hot rock bedding This treatment will help to stimulate blood circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Thai massage: Sometimes called lazy man’s Yoga, this is a combination of stretching & massage along meridians of the body to re-energize and cooperation with the tension and stress of the modern world. For this treatment you will remain clothed, so we ask that you to wear stretchable clothes. There is a choice of using floor mat or table for this treatment
Shiatsu: Japanese Acupressure massage using palm and finger pressure to effect energy flow of the meridians. For this treatment you will remain clothed, so we ask that you to wear stretchable clothes. There is a choice of using floor mat or table for this treatment.
Abyanga (Ayurveda treatment): This is a part of panchakarma treatment of Traditional Indian Ayurveda It is a full body treatment including head, face and body, and performed with dosha based warm oils that are applied with soothing and relaxing strokes; plenty of oil is used for balancing the vata (humor) dosha of the body. This treatment provides deep relaxation,
detoxification and may improve quality of sleep. Your skin may still be slightly
moist with oil after treatment, please bring appropriate clothing to change into
after the session (fabric that can be washed). (Includes 7 to10 minutes rest)
